FS#5 - The prefferred field for issue numbers is "number" instead of "issue"

As BibLaTeX manual states, the field "issue" applies to: > The issue of a journal. This field is intended for journals whose individual issues are identified by a designation such as ‘Spring’ or ‘Summer’ rather than the month or a number. As issue numbers are much more common, they usually go into the "number" field. However, the number field is disregarded in the current implementation. I think the `volume+number+eid` macro should primarily use the "number" field and only if that is not available look for the "issue" field. ``` \renewbibmacro*{volume+number+eid}{ \printfield{volume}% \printfield{issue}% \printfield{eid}% } ```
